Room with double bed (rooms 2, 3, 4 & 5)

Standard rate
- stays of one single night and during public holiday periods
- - 1 person: € 72.50 / night
- - 2 persons: € 83.00 / night

Discounted rate
- stays of 2 nights or more, except public holiday periods
- - 1 person: € 67.50 / night
- - 2 persons: € 78.00 / night

Room with two single beds (room 1)

Standard rate
- stays of one single night and during public holiday periods
- - 2 persons: € 85.00 / night
- - 3 pers. (+ extra bed): € 105.00 / night

Discounted rate
- stays of 2 nights or more, except public holiday periods
- - 2 persons: € 80.00 / night
- - 3 pers. (+ extra bed): € 100.00 / night

Payment/guarantee

- We do not require any payment until the end of your stay. In the online booking process you will be asked for credit card details in order to guarantee your booking.

Cancellation

If a booking is cancelled more than 10 days prior to the date of arrival, we will make no charge.
If a booking is cancelled after that date, we will charge € 50.00 per room.
In the event of a no-show, we will charge the first night at standard rate.

House rules

Adults only (16+)
No smoking inside the building
No dogs
Guests are kindly requested to be silent between 00.00 h and 08.00 h

Minimum stay

- We require a minimum stay of two nights at weekends and two or more nights around some public holidays. If rooms are still available shortly before the arrival date, we may accept one-night bookings.

Public holidays

- Standard rates apply in holiday periods around Spanish public holidays.

Single occupation

- We do not have single rooms, but offer a € 10 / night discount on double room prices for single occupants.

Extra bed

- In the room with two 90 cm single beds, located on the ground floor, we can install an 80 cm wide extra bed for a third adult for an additional price of € 20 / night (bed and breakfast).

Repeat customers

- Returning guests get a 10% discount on the standard room rate for any stay of more than one night, except in public holiday periods. Book online and we'll apply the extra discount afterwards.
